Who is eligible to purchase on ChronicVapes.ca?

Anyone over 19 years of age and who lives in Canada can make a purchase through ChronicVapes.ca.

How do you package the shipments?

Each order is checked carefully for quality and accuracy, and then packed in a discrete manner for transit with Canada Post.

How do I pay for my products?

All items must be paid for with Interac E-Transfer. Once payment is received orders will be processed and sent out promptly.

Is tax included in your prices?

Yes, GST is included in product prices.

What are the shipping fees? How long does it take to ship?

We offer free shipping for orders above $120 Canada-wide. Orders below that will be charged a flat rate of $15. With the exception of The Maritime Provinces where its $140 for free shipping and orders below that will be charged a flat rate of $20.

Note: Orders to Nunavut are not eligible for free shipping, and are charged a flat rate of $20.00 per parcel.

Orders are shipped by Xpresspost or Expedited Parcel and come with a tracking number which will be emailed after your order ships. Once we receive your payment, your order will ship within 1-2 business days. After it has shipped, please allow 2-3 business days to receive your package. Please allow an extra couple of business days if you live in a remote area.

Your delivery is guaranteed (except for residents of Nunavut, Northern Quebec or if you provide an inaccurate/incomplete address).

Xpresspost (Express Shipping) VS Expedited Shipping (Please Read)

While we do offer the ability for you to upgrade your shipping to Xpresspost you do so at your own risk. We specifically ship Expedited Parcel by Canada Post because Xpresspost is shipped by air and while it is quicker the extreme temperature and pressure changes have a very small chance of effecting cartridges.

That said damage is a rare occurrence but we have seen leaks or cracks on occasion. Also you might as well take advantage of our free shipping offer. I mean come on who doesn’t like free!

If you do choose to update to Xpresspost you do so at your own risk.

Canada Post says "successfully delivered" but I have not received my order.

There are 2 likely scenarios:

  1. the postal worker put it in the wrong mailbox, or
  2. what often happens is that a postal worker will scan in all the packages saying they were “successfully delivered” then spend that day and/or the next day delivering it.

If you do not get your package 2 days after the expected delivery date, let us know and we will file a trace with the post office. Canada Post will file an investigation which can take 5 business days to complete. If they can locate the package, they will ship it to you and you’ll get it a few days later. If it’s deemed “unrecoverable”, we will send you a 1x replacement free of charge.

What happens if I don’t get my package?

If you do not get your package 2 days after the expected arrival date, let us know and we will file a trace with Canada Post.

If a trace is filed, Canada Post will conduct an investigation (which can take 5 business days to complete). If they can locate the package, they will ship it to you and you’ll get it a few days later. If it’s deemed “unrecoverable”, we will send you a replacement package, free of charge.

Where are my Payment Instructions?

You can find your eTransfer payment instructions in 2 places:

1) Your email inbox

We’ll email you payment instructions, which will be at the top of your email receipt.

Note: To ensure proper delivery of our emails:

  1. Add [email protected] to your address book.
  2. Check your spam or junk folder, and mark our email(s) as “not spam”.
  3. If you use gmail, be sure to check your Social and Promotion tabs.

2) Your My Account area

Go to: https://chronicvapes.ca/my-account/orders and click the “View Receipt” button.

How do I send an Interac E-transfer?

If you use online banking with a Canadian bank or credit union, then sending an Interac E-transfer takes just a minute.

Google is a great tool and if you search “your bank name” + Interac E-transfer in Google, you should easily find instructions on how to send a transfer with the financial institution of your choice.

What do I do about a faulty vape pen or cartridge?

Faulty pens/cartridges are replaced with your following order if there is enough evidence that it was in fact faulty upon arrival. Unfortunately, pens and cartridges that have been delivered for longer than 1 week (5 business days) are not refundable or replaceable. Thank you for your understanding.
